I mean, i would be fine with the new graphic overhaul the game got at some point also being active on classic servers.
My fav part about older iterations of WoW was the feeling of community. Grouping up, walking to dungeons, actually developing strategies. chat was more than just 2-letter words with numbers added if it's trade chat. People on teamspeak seemed helpful, friendly and inviting, helping new players out and not just shouting commands. The amount of assholes in the community just blew up one day and all the "i play together with actual people and we have fun" kinda went away. I felt like playing with battle bots. That's when i lost all interest and stopped playing WoW. Private servers also didn't do it for me, since the world was mostly empty when not the full group was online, and the servers died in a few weeks anyway.
